I was born on the 3:rd of May 1977 in the southernmost part of Sweden. I was raised in a suburb called Häljarp outside the small working-class town of Landskrona.
Training is a dear hobby of mine. I enjoy long distance running. A good weekend run is about 10 - 20 km, which is good practice for the occassional marathon. I have practiced martial arts in different forms in my life time. I started with ju-jitsu at the age of twelve and practiced it for two or three years. After this I did taekwondo for about a year and then switched to karate for some time. I am currently actively pursuing capoeira, a graceful Brazilian martial art with acrobatics and music. Capoeira looks beautiful when done right. The video below shows some high-level capoeiristas playing.
I have been training capoeira since 2004. Although I am not exactly a beginner anymore, there is a long way left to walk. That is a wonderful thing about capoeira. There are so many things to learn that it takes at least fifteen years to become a master, assuming you are made of the right stuff to begin with. Below are some pictures of me in action.
