Short Biography

I am a research scientist and project manager at Eindhoven Technical University, The Netherlands. I am currently involved in the European project Automatic Architecture Synthesis and Application Mapping – ASAM and I am daily supervisor of three PhD students. In 2010, I was a post-doctoral research fellow in DaRT team at INRIA Lille Nord Europe and was involved in Gaspard2 project. I obtained my PhD in 2009, from University Joseph Fourier of Grenoble, in micro and nano-electronics. From 2002 to 2005, I attended a double degree M. Sc program organized by the Politecnico of Turin and the INPG. I obtained a double Italian and French M. Sc in electronic engineer.

Research domains of interest:
  • design space exploration for multi-processor systems,
  • data and instruction-level parallelism exploration,
  • data transfer and storage mechanism design,
  • High Level Synthesis,
  • application specific processors and FPGA hardware accelerators
  • processor architectures for data intensive applications.
